Characteristics:
- Aged between 25-35
- Less likely to have suffered from acne as a teenager
- Skin has uneven appearance in epidermal depth
- Skin feels parched, tight and taut as skin produces less oil
and becomes dehydrated
- Without moisture, skin tends to chap, flake and has a rough scaly
appearance
- Skin is prone to forming fine lines and wrinkles
- Skin tends to be fine textured, translucent, delicate and thin
- Pores are usually invisible, few or no open pores
- Foundation make up may need to be touched up throughout the day
- Complexion is fair and prone to sunburn
- Skin may become red and ruddy after exposure to cold weather
- Skin is usually drier in winter than in summer months

- Lack of protection against moisture loss and excessive lubrication
